Live wind from a Bluetooth anemometer

Viento real desde un anemómetro Bluetooth

WindMaster now pairs with a real Bluetooth wind meter. Connect a BTMETER BT-8806WM and the app reads your actual wind speed — live, average and gust, then computes your holdover on the reticle in real time. You set the wind direction yourself, just as you'd read it from the flag on the course.

Coming soon — automatic wind direction. We're adding two Bluetooth meters that read direction as well as speed: the WeatherFlow WEATHERmeter (Precision Shooting), with a built-in compass, and the Calypso Ultrasonic Portable Mini, an ultrasonic wind meter with no moving parts. With either, WindMaster sets both wind speed and direction for you — no more dialing the wind clock by hand. Próximamente — dirección del viento automática. Both — and it's built trainer-first. Think of it less as a game and more as a wind-and-reticle trainer: the game is how you internalise that knowledge under pressure, while having fun.

How accurate is the ballistics?¿Qué precisión tiene la balística?

The engine is a time-stepped simulation using a GA drag model tuned for diabolo pellets, validated against professional ballistic calculators — reproducing elevation and windage to under 0.2 cm out to 200 m. It models real atmosphere (temperature, altitude, pressure, humidity), Magnus spin drift and proper inclined fire.

All single-player features work fully offline. Settings and ballistic profiles are stored locally on your device. There are no ads, no analytics and no crash reporting. Only the optional online multiplayer connects to a server. See the privacy policy.
